ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE

The distribution of places for exhibitors at the 2nd Dermatology and Skin Care Summit (one of the biggest Conferences in Singapore), programmed to take place on the 13th and 14th of November 2020, in Singapore, will be carried out on a “first-come, first-served” system. A completed Exhibition Booking Form and Contract form must be emailed to secure the allocation of your favored spot. Upon the receipt of the Exhibition Booking Form and Contract, the booking will be approved, and an invoice will be emailed to the corresponding exhibitor. All exhibitors at this event (which is expected to be one of the most awaited upcoming Dermatology Conferences in Singapore), should pay heed to the fact that a minimum of three substitute preferences must also be explicitly recommended in their application forms. Place allocations will be carried out in the order in which forms together with fees are received.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellation or modification of sponsorship items must be made in writing to the Sponsorship & Exhibition Specialist (Contact information can be found in the “Contact Information” Section, above.)

The organizers shall retain:

  • 10% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/ modification is made before ……..
  • 50% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/ modification is made between …….. and ……….
  • 100% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/ modification is made after …….
