Rules and Regulations

Fashion Show - Rules and regulations

• Time limit for every member (solo) would be 3-4 minutes
• Time limit for every team would be 10 minutes (Including setup and the performance both)
• Negative marking if participants exceed time limit.
• The Dresses chosen should be in accordance with the theme and should not be revealing and indecent.
• Everyone should carry their own props, the participants are responsible for the removal of sets and props etc., immediately after completion of their performance. No responsibility will be taken up by the organization in case any team loses their props.
• Group members should all be from the same institute
• Green room will be provided for changing purpose
• Should carry their tracks in pen drive
• Vulgarity is strongly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from contest
• Use of cigarettes, alcohol and any unfair means is strongly prohibited
• The performance should be in accordance with the theme given. The performance should not provoke or insult the sentiments of any group/culture/race/country.
• Solo and group performances will be judged separately.
• Judgement will be based on costumes, theme, walking stance and attitude

Dance - Rules and regulations

• Duration of dance should not be more than 5 minutes. Negative marking if participants exceed time limit.
• Time for stage / instrument setting is maximum 3 minutes
• The Dresses chosen should be in accordance with the theme and should not be revealing and indecent.
• The participating team is responsible for the removal of sets and props etc., immediately after completion of their performance. No responsibility will be taken up by the organization in case any team loses their props.
• In case of Group Dances, the group members should all be from the same institute.
• Green room will be provided for changing purposes.
• Should carry their song tracks in pen drive.
• Vulgarity is strongly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from the contest.

• The dance performance should be in accordance with the theme given. The performance should not provoke or insult the sentiments of any group/culture/race/country.

• Judgement will be based on the basis of rhythm, formation, expression, costumes, make-up, sets on overall effect

Singing - Rules and regulations

• Duration of performance is 3-5 mins. Negative marking if participants exceed time limit.
• Time for stage / instrument setting is maximum 3 minutes
• The participating team is responsible for the removal of sets and props etc., immediately after completion of their performance
• In case of Group singing, the group members should all be from the same institute
• Green room will be provided for changing purpose
• Should carry their song tracks in pen drive.
• Vulgarity is strongly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from contest.
• Use of cigarettes, alcohol and any unfair means is strongly prohibited.
• The song performance should be in accordance with the theme given. The performance should not provoke or insult the sentiments of any group/culture/race/country.
• Solo and group singing performances will be judged separately.
• Judgment is made on the qualities like rhythm, composition, coordination and overall impression
