Instructions and Guidelines

  Abstract should be written only in English.

  The words range for each abstract should not exceed 500 words.

  We encourage you to send an informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a compendious summary paper.

  You will receive acknowledgement mail for your submission.

  Decision on acceptance of your abstract will be intimated to you within 48hrs

  Submit your abstract in word format

  Use 12-point Times New Roman font for the main text and smaller fonts may be used for figure captions.

  The width of each line should not exceed 17.5 cm or 7.0 inch.

  Start the first paragraph leaving a space of 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch.

  The Title, Author's Names, and Affiliations should be centre aligned.

  Insert one blank line between the Affiliations and the main text.

  Main text should be fully justified with single spacing.

  Use bold face with bigger fonts for the Title but not for Authors, Affiliations, and the main text.

  Please underline the name of the presenting Author.

  Leave a space of at least 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch on the bottom of the text. Page numbers will be printed there.

Steps To Follow for Your Abstract Submission
  • Once you have drafted your abstract according to the above guidelines, please submit it through the online Submission portal or via Email to [email protected]
  • After submission, you will receive an acknowledgement of the receipt of your abstract via an email within three working days.
  • If you have not heard from us, then please write to us at [email protected]

Process of Evaluation

Within two to three days of receipt, your abstract will be subjected to a double-blind peer evaluation by a scientific review committee.

Within two to 4 days of submission, the author will receive the results of the abstract review.

If there is a need for a change, the amended abstract must be returned within a week.

You will receive rejections of your manuscript along with reviewer suggestions to help you improve your study.
