- Manage the flow of sessions and ensure presenters are prepared.

- Capture moments through photography or videography.
- Document on-site proceedings and compile highlights.

- Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist in case of any on-site issues.
- Coordinate with event organizers to address unforeseen circumstances.
Volunteer Requirements
- Enthusiasm and Commitment: A passion for contributing to the success of the conference and a commitment to fulfilling assigned duties.
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact with participants, speakers, and organizers effectively.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other volunteers and conference organizers.
- Availability: Commitment to being available on the conference dates (26th-27th June,2025) and possibly for pre-conference briefings.
