Dr. Jose Arnold Tariga (Arnold) is an internationally educated nurse with over 16 years of diverse experience spanning clinical and academic settings in the Philippines, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. A lifelong learner and educator, he earned a post-doctoral certificate in Medical Teaching from Harvard Medical School, where his capstone project on transition-to-practice earned first place for its innovative approach.
Dr. Tariga is highly credentialed, with certifications as a Nurse Educator, Nursing Professional Development Specialist, Nurse Executive, and Healthcare Quality Specialist. He has shared his insights at both national and international conferences, including events hosted by the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) and Sigma Theta Tau International. He has also contributed to the nursing profession through publications in peer-reviewed journals and ongoing advocacy for advancing global nursing education.
His contributions to the nursing profession have been recognized through honors such as The Healthcare Professional of the Year 2019 by The Filipino Times Awards in Dubai, Asia’s Distinguished Nurse Educator by Asia’s Pinnacle Awards in 2023, and his recent induction as a Fellow of the Faculty of Nursing at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).
Currently, he serves as the Director of Clinical Education and Development at InsightGlobal Health, where he leads transformative initiatives to bridge competency gaps for internationally educated nurses. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the National Consortium of Academic Nurse Educators. A dedicated advocate for the nursing profession and professional development, he amplifies his voice through social media, where his thought leadership has inspired a global audience of nearly 40,000 LinkedIn followers.

Dr. Jules Alexis Dajay is a distinguished nursing leader, educator, and researcher who is engaged in several academic and medical seminars and conferences as a Keynote and Plenary Speaker. He is a lecturer and trainer on topics related to research, nursing and health, leadership and people management, TQM, lean operations, risk management, and continuous quality improvement in healthcare. He is exposed to several research fora presenting research outputs and serves as a scientific committee member in many research conferences and seminars both local and international. He is affiliated with various professional organizations in the Philippines and abroad. He serves as an officer in some nursing associations and a peer reviewer in a number of international research publications. He has 13 years of combined clinical and administrative nursing experience. He is also skilled about patient safety, data privacy, ISO 9001: Quality Management System, and internal quality auditing. Currently, he handles research and innovation initiatives and oversees research-related projects and programs of Brokenshire College Socsksargen, Inc., Philippines. He is passionate in producing quality research that impacts the society and beyond academia. His mission is to increase the research capacity and engagement of students and professionals to love research and appreciate its impact and importance.
Dr. Theresa Mostasisa - Professor, Consultant, and Entrepreneur in the health care and business industries with years of experience in academia, businesses, non-profit/for-profit organizations, and highly rated health care institutions. Her professional practice started in the Bay Area and has grown internationally because of her range in areas of expertise with proven results, making her a sought out consultant. She is a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in education, teaching, training, professional development, and curriculum/program development. Also a SME in management, her experience involves collaboration and leading with passion and motivation as well as inclusion. Skills and expertise includes research, quality/performance improvement, needs assessment and evaluation, auditing, data analysis, clinical expertise, reorganization, strategic planning and operations, marketing, recruitment and retention, customer service, and diversity training.Past work history includes clinical bedside nursing (Float/Resource/Navigator Nurse) as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and Registered Nurse, Clinical Practice Specialist, Clinical Nurse Educator, Special Projects/ANCC (American Nurse Credentialing Center) Certified Nurse, Director of Staff Development, Director of Health Services, Assistant Program Director and Director for schools of nursing, Assistant Director, Director of Nursing and Director of Education and Process Improvement for hospitals, clinical settings and Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Centers and Hospital Administrator. Dr. Mostasisa is currently practicing full time as a Quality Nurse Consultant for one of the nation's best hospitals and places to work. She also continues to teach and take assignments/contracts because of her love for students and facilitating the best outcomes success in others. Owning her own business, she is able to merge all to create great products (whatever it may be)! She is a board member for several organizations /committees, continues to present, and speak (various venues) and write (author/co-author) on various topics and featured in media. Do not mistake her for collaboration with only Health Care Professionals but is involved with law enforcement, businesses and other organizations.
